Ao Nai Wok Bay Ao Nai Wok is the long bay that extends north from the main port town of Thong Sala after the main pier. Its northeastern edge is within easy walking distance from town and yet far enough away to offer the seclusion necessary, most consider it a natural wonder. A number of resorts populate the beach and rocks start to break up the coastline. The bay is fairly shallow, thus swimming is best in high tidal season.
There is a reef about 80 metres out where the sea shelf drops allowing for some reasonable snorkeling conditions.
If you are planning a special vacation to Koh Phangan, you should be aware that Ao Nai Wok is Koh Phangan's ultimate kayaking adventure. Ao Nai Wok is located on the southwest shore of Koh Phangan along the bay of Ao Nai Wok.
