Koh Phangan Island Guide | Trekking

Koh Phangan Island Guide | Trekking
Trekking by foot or by Elephant is a very rewarding way of seeing some of the very unspoiled nature on Koh Phangan. The mountains on the middle of the island is completely covered in dense jungle with towering trees and a myriad of exotic vegetation.

It is adviceable to only venture on further treks with a local guide and to ensure that plenty of water is brought.

Most tourists coming to Thailand will sooner or later find themselves on the back of an Elephant and while this is great fun, please try keep in mind that it is your obligation to report any mistreatment of these magnificent animals.
